Positive psychology seeks to identify through empirical research what makes people genuinely flourish. Participants will gain an understanding of the core findings of the science of happiness and its application in psychotherapy. They will learn specific interventions that have been shown to increase happiness, and how to adapt these interventions to various age groups and settings - all with the goal of helping patients live more fulfilled lives. This course is intended for mental health and health clinicians, researchers, educators, and others interested in practicing positive psychotherapy.
