We appreciate your interest in New England Academy. New England Academy has open enrollment throughout the school year, with the majority of students applying in the spring. Most referrals are made by a student’s sending school district; however, we also accept private pay funding by families. New England Academy serves over 40 school districts and is recommended as a potential placement by many outside treatment providers, community organizations, and clinical settings.

Upon receiving a referral and application, New England Academy reviews the paperwork (including IEP, neuropsychological evaluations, progress reports, school records, any clinical summaries) as the initial part of the admissions process to ensure a student’s academic, social, and emotional needs can be met by our structure and support. We understand that changing schools can be a difficult transition for students, and we want to make sure that New England Academy is the right fit for them.
