Cecelia received her master’s degree in clinical social work from Salem State University and has her bachelor’s degree in social work from Salem State. She is a licensed independent clinical social worker in the state of Massachusetts. Cecelia previously worked in child welfare supporting families and individuals undergoing challenging life experiences. She has experience working in other special education settings with young adults on the autism spectrum prior to joining NEA.
